Jeff,

I think you mean "wrapper", not "resend".

Jim, is /usr/local/majordomo/wrapper suid root?  If it is it'll look like:

-rwsr-x---   1 root     mail        17601 Jun 26  2000
/usr/local/majordomo/wrapper

If not, do:

chmod u+s /usr/local/majordomo/wrapper

Also, check that resend and wrapper are both in /usr/local/majordomo/.
