Thanks Gerald - that got rid of the problems in the config-test - but I 
still get the operating system error:

to="|/usr/local/majordomo/wrapper -v site33 -f www.ozcore.com resend -l 
mycore mycore_site33-list", delay=00:00:02, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=prog, 
stat=Operating system error


Wondering if you could also give me the permissions on the following three 
that config-test highlighted as potential problems:

/usr/local/majordomo
/usr/local/majordomo/lists
/usr/local/majordomo/log
