Both we and one of our clients have noticed that with updated RaQ4s,
both with and without the newest service package, once POP before SMTP
is installed it appears to be always on, whether it's turned on in the
gui or not.
This has been verified by tests.
Has anyone else noticed this? Does Cobalt have a fix coming <wry
grin>? Do bears sleep in the woods?
