I am sorry not to be of any help here, but it is a very bad policy to keep restarting a computer. If you have a problem, it needs to be fixed, not just restart the computer. This can cause damage to the computer files and may just add to your problems. Rebooting a computer needs to be a last resort to an orderly restart, warm or cold.
