Hi,
I have a problem with my RAQ4, one of my users can't FTP the server. I'm
able to get in using the same user name and password but they're blocked.
They've got a fixed IP address which isn't in the hosts.deny file. I've
tried adding it to the hosts.allow file. I have also tried disabling port
sentry to see if that was blocking them but that didn't work.
I also tried giving them access to one of our other sites as a test but
they couldn't connect to that either, so I think their IP must be being
denied access to our server.
Where would I find blocked IP address on the RAQ4? Has anyone got any other
ideas?
Thanks,
Tim King.
