[cobalt-users] Email 553 domain isn't listed in my list of allowed rcphosts

Hi All,

For a domain we host that has 22 email users only one machine is
receiving this error...and only getting this error when forwarding
email, new emails and replies are OK though -

The system config is windowsME, PIII, outlook 2002 running off DHCP from
a Netgear RO318 router (which is configed perfectly and sharing ADSL
across the network). All the 22 systems on this network are exactly the
same...we setup them all up.

Error message received when attempting to forward any email
"553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)"

I have checked the following -
1. The list of allowed rcphosts
2. Re-configed outlook 2002 by deleting and setting up accounts settings
again
3. disconnected system from network & rebooted router
4. Rebooted my RAQ4R running this domain
5. Searched the archives on the above error
6. Had client forward different emails, in case it was one 'faulty'
email they were trying to forward
7. Called my Cobalt distributor for help...but they say it's a client
system config error...I think not as I have totally re-done everything
on that system...plus its identical to the other 21 systems we setup
(that are running perfectly). Further if the client config was incorrect
why would the error come back from the server with a server config error
message? I think the distributor passed the buck on this one!

So I am seeking any suggestions on what to try next. The one thing I
just thought of is to delete the user from the GUI and add the user to
that domain again...will try that now. Any help appreciated.

regards,
