It doesn't. Jeff, as have others, posts a reply to a question. If he
offers the service that's being asked about, such as DNS, he mentions
that. But he answers questions. Some of those wanting to promote their
services simply post an ad to the list. I don't see where that's
anything less than letting the list send spam for them as opposed to
harvesting our email addresses from the archives, (as has been done),
and sending the spam directly. Fortunately the archive no longer
displays our email addresses in the posts. Everyone now is
cobalt-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
