I have noticed that commercial solicitations to lists such as this are
generally considered spam. (If you sent your email individually to each
list member instead of letting the list do your spamming, there would be
no question.)
I have also noticed many people on the list willing to trade running
secondary DNS with other list members at no cost and no VAT.
