[cobalt-users] swatch_service_body_defcon_2

Hi all

This is my first post, and I have made note of comments RE not reading the manual and searching the archive sufficiently prior to asking a question that may have been asked previously. I have searched the manual and trawled the archive mail. I did find one useful post - informationally speaking.

After reading the above link I found suggested reasons as to why I have suffered a complete ftp access breakdown. Hacking. I really need more information. I currently administer a RaQ3 and I am being hung by clients who cannot access their sites.
Is there any "fix" or precautions that I can take for the future, but, more importantly, how do I get the machine working again and has this happened to many of you?

Thank you in advance for your patience on this matter.
