[cobalt-users] RaQ3: Problem receiving mail. First attempt always fail.

Hi all,
I have problems receiving mail on a RaQ3.

The problem:
the first time I check mail with my mail client (outlook express or Eudora 
5.0) I get an error message: server timeout.

After I re-check the mail, all works fine.

Why?

Is there something I can do?

Please note that this apply only after adding PHP4 support to the RaQ3 and 
after changing the IP address in RaQ3>Control Panel>Network panel (of 
course, we changed the IP address to all existing virtual sites).

We changed the IP address since we moved the server from previous reseller.

Any idea?
