That's kinda what I'm thinking, too. Of course, all I get from tech support is "huh," and assurances that all seems well on their end. Other than that, their silence is deafening.

Assuming for the sake of argument that it's NOT a switch problem, any other suggestions??

Have you verified its not at the colo level.... an outage on the switch you're behind, etc?
