[cobalt-users] new users showing up in /etc/passwd but not the web interface and DNS

I'm having a rather unusual problem here...

I can use the web interface to add users and the show up in /etc/passwd but
they don't show up in the web interface.

For the record, I tried installing the latest patch and was unsuccessful, it
crapped out along the way.

Does anyone have a fix for this?

Additionally, how does one point domain.com so it also will take people to
www.domain.com,  I've tried to CNAME and know how to do it from the prompt
but wanted to use the interface to DNS to do  it.
