I thought I'd add the easy way to get them.  Perhaps some kind soul will
recopy this to Mark in case he's blocked email from me:

Mark:

Log into your RaQ.  su to root.

type the following commands after the # prompts but do NOT type the hash
prompts:

# cd /home/packages
# ftp ftp.cobalt.com

When you're prompted for the user name DO NOT go for the default.  Use
"anonymous" without the quotes.

When it asks for your password, type your complete email address.

Once you're in, type the following after the ftp> prompt... (do NOT type
the ftp> prompt)

ftp> cd pub/packages/raq4/eng/
ftp> get RaQ4-All-System-1.0.1-9882.pkg 
ftp> get RaQ4-All-Security-1.0.1-10602.pkg 
ftp> get RaQ4-All-Kernel-1.0.1.216C28III.pkg
ftp> get RaQ4-en-OSUpdate-2.0.pkg

When the system has finished getting those files, exit ftp, then exit
su, then log out of your RaQ.

The go to your gui and install the packages (there's a new, third,
"Loaded" option).  Install them in the same order in which you copied
them...

RaQ4-All-System-1.0.1-9882.pkg 
RaQ4-All-Security-1.0.1-10602.pkg 
RaQ4-All-Kernel-1.0.1.216C28III.pkg
RaQ4-en-OSUpdate-2.0.pkg

Then visit "http://pkg.nl.cobalt.com/packages/raq/4/"; and decide which
of these packages you'd like.
