We had to do this a few weeks ago for a hacked RaQ3. We ended up with a
working system, but the CMU backups it made were no good <frown>. We
had to rebuild again, add all the sites through the gui, and then move
all the files into place manually <frown>.
Be sure to check that you can make CMUs after you restore everything.
