Everyone I know of that is in ORBZ, was warned before they were placed
there. They were sent a message warning that they would be placed in the
database if the server admin does not address their open relay issue.

Just add your IP's of the network machines that you want to allow relay
from to you 'Relay for the following Host/Domains' in the Email
parameters of your Control Panel (RaQ3). Or enable POP Before SMTP which
should allow anyone who authenticates via POP to send mail. I'm no
expert on this mail stuff, someone correct me if I'm wrong:)
