[cobalt-users] RAQ 4r - Apache configuration

Hi,

last week, we had a lot more visitors on our pages than usual. As
a result, our site wasn`t accessible for some of our visitors and
we also couldn`t reach the admin-pages of the RAQ4.

Is it possible to configure the RAQ 4r/Apache webserver in a way
that the admin-pages are always reachable? Or even better: in a
way that the server only accepts a certain number of
visitors/connections who will see our pages at a good speed and
the other visitors will be blocked?
