This is for the "Share One File To All Sites". I just
successfully did it. You do not need to risk to copy
one file to everywhere.
In httpd.conf add a line
Alias /MyFileName.htm /The/Real/Place/MyFileName.htm
Now every site has MyFileName.htm
Actually that is from /The/Real/Place/MyFileName.htm
