Hi Bob i'd be inclined to create a symbolic link so all links of tralala.html call the original.
#check out
man ln
eg
ln tralala.html /someotherlocation/tralala.html
## this will link /someotherlocation/tralala.html to your original so when u update your original it will show from the other urls, symbolic links are only abut 10-12 bytes in size :)
