The active monitor part of the Cobalt script restarts services that stop, it
runs form cron every 15 minutes. Are you sure you do not use the postgres
database at all? The cobalt administration interface runs off a postres
database, so unless your not using any cobalt programs, scripts or
interfaces, you might need to keep this running.
