[cobalt-users] Raq3: Unable to create users

When I enter the User Management section of my Raq3 of any of my virtual
sites and my main site, when I select Add User and enter the information, 
once I submit it the user does not show up in the list. The user is
created however, because its folder shows up inside the site's folder. I
am able to send email to the user and log on to retrieve mail, even ftp,
etc. So the user does exist, but does not show up in the list, so I
cannot edit its profile or delete him. I have installed every patch
available at the Cobalt site. What can I do ?
