I messed up one time and did the same thing myself on a RaQ2. I can't
remember very well, but I think if you go through the GUI to Site
Management for each site, then under Site Settings, uncheck "Accept Email
for Domain" click "Save Changes", then recheck the accept mail and save
again it will rebuild the virtusertable for each domain on the server. I
know that I did not have to go into each user and do anything and I do not
believe that it was anything special though the command line of the server,
other than rechecking the virtusertable to see if the
unchecking-saving-rechecking-saving worked. Hope this helps.

Actually, what we are thinking of --
According to the Sun knowledgebase, the internal databases are
updated after a full restore... does anyone know if backing up the system
files, then restoring them would force the raq3 to update the
virtusertable for all sites?
Either way, the RAQ3 knows how to update the virtusertable.. if we could
figure out how it does it from the GUI the solution would not be far off
