Hello list...
I am experiencing difficulties with Sendmail on my raq3.
Last night I attempted to enable ETRN on the raq, for one of about 20
domains on the box - this involved editing my sendmail.cf file as described
at www.overthrow.co.uk/etrn, the only useful looking advice I could find on
the web to help with this issue.
However, it appears that the procedure has caused the raq to bounce mail for
all of the domains on the box, with an 'reject=553 <sender@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>
domain name required' error appearing in maillog.
I have restored all the backed-up files I made carrying-out the procedure,
without having any success.
Does anyone have any ideas why this procedure has led to this result? And if
so, any clues as how to reverse it would be gratefully appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Tony
