open it up, pull the drive out, and see what you can copy from it.

easiest thing to do is have a spare pc running linux so you can easily mount the drive from your bad raq.

if you don't have one... just get a cheap pc, install redhat linux on it.  rip the harddrive out of your raq and put it in the pc and mount the drive.

I tried to get into the server through the serial port.  no luck there. Non
of the services seems to be running.  Does anyone have suggestions on how I
can recover my sites from this disk.
