[cobalt-users] Severe Problem - Disk Space

Hi,

Can anybody tell me how to track down what's causing a severe problem alert 
about disk space for one of my users. The user has email setup but 
shouldn't be using FTP, they have a disk allowance of 100MB.

So far I've checked the FTP log and used Telnet to see if there are hidden 
files in the users folder - I can't find anything out of the ordinary.

Where should I look to work out if this is a security breach and what 
should I do if it is?

I new to server administration so any help will be much appreciated.
