First thing to do is make a backup copy of your certs directory which
includes your key, certificate, request and keep it somewhere safe.  This is
of course if anything happens you can reinstall it without having to
repurchase which is the case with most companies if you fail to make a
backup copy.  Then contact Geotrust and ask them what's wrong.  They should
be able to troubleshoot it for you.
