Maybe, but we won't know until you installed it properly.  Where did you
get the installation instructions.  I installed these a year ago, and
they work fine.  The problem is there was only one person at Equifax who
understood the Cobalt RaQ, and he left even before they were acquired by
Geotrust.

When you order a Geotrust cert you get two certificates.  One for the
site, and one for the system.

You can automatically install the Geotrust site cert on your RaQ just
like any other cert, but to install the system cert you have to go in
through the shell.

I haven't done it in almost a year, and I dont' remember the details;
hopefully someone else will be able to help you with the details, or I
can try to find them.

(Of course I can always relearn <smile>.)
