Nope, they are very nice, and they have tech support folks who actualy
have a clue, kind of refreshing :) They even were willing to revome a cert
for me a while back when the customer changed their mind a day after
getting it issued and refused to pay for it. They explicitly state they
won't do this, but i hopped up and down, and they finally renegged and did
it :)
I think they are still a bit cheaper than verisigh, havn't checked
recently tho.
Verisign's incessent junk emailings have kinda made not want to use them
directly just on genral prinicpals ;P
There's really nothing wrong with that equifax cert you know, you just
need to add the missing chain certificate to the server, there are nice
detailed instructions in the archive , yeash ;P
