[cobalt-users] Complete disaster



We encountered a complete disaster with a RAQ-3, hosted beyound our physical reach.

According to the tech support person, most, if not all essential directories got damaged or deleted.

Are there known issues why such things can happen all of a sudden?

Any comment is highly appreciated.
