[cobalt-users] Strange log entry. RaQ3.

Yesterday when I looked in my logs I found very many entries like
this one :

http://focusin.ads.targetnet.com/ad/id=mmwm1&opt=hhj&cv=210&uid=(number
removed"

Each had a different uid= # though.  visiting this URL gives a banner ad
with some ducks, but if screen refresh is hit a few times it clicks through
to a logo which links through to one of the sites on my server.

Is this something good or bad?  Am I getting lots of free visitors?  It
showed up yesterday as over 600 referrals from focusin.ads , but that may
just be 600 impressions of this image and 0 visitors?

So what's this all about and why are these people showing my graphic?
