Yes I had the same problem and alerted Taco that it caused a problem if you
had their pkg.nl.cobalt php packages installed.
It turns out that a simple process is required before installing the OS
Update 2.0 ssh to your box and uninstall the php pkg then install the OS
Update and reinstall the php pkg from pkg.nl.cobalt.com and all will be
well. Taco has changed the site to give a warning. I don't know about
people who have installed php manually but maybe a reinstall/upgrade would
work as well.

ps the OS Update has go to be Cobalts biggest public pkg to date - I tried
it by url install and it still timed out so I suggest doing a wget at the
command line to /home/packages and then do the install that way Unless you
sit on the end of a 100Mb pipe to your RaQ I doubt if you will ever upload
the patch through the UI
