Might be easier to just provide a link to a script like
http://www.monster-submit.com/servercheck/ that customers can click on
and it displays the various paths they'll need to know.
I know uploading it to unfamiliar servers I've been asked to do some
work on has saved me a lot of time searching various ISP web pages for
default paths.
