[cobalt-users] bandwidth limits

Hi list,

The option of setting BANDWIDTH LIMITS in sideadmin on our Cobalt RAQ 3
appears to have been broken by one of the patches issued recently.  I've
just tried setting a limit of around 32k/s on one site inparticular and from
another machine/network was able to achieve downloads of around
0.5MB/second. :)  I know this feature used to work upto a couple of months
ago because we had relied on it heavily for one of our websites.  Anyone
have any idea how I might be able to go about fixing this?  Does this still
work for any other RAQ3ers out there who have applied *ALL* the patches on
the cobalt site?  If not - maybe someone from cobalt could investigate and
possibly issue another patch to fix it.
