1. Read the list charter.  They don't maintain an official
   presence here.  If you expected otherwise, there's not much
   that anyone can do for you.

2. IIRC, Novell and MS support is $250-ish per incident.  I'm
   sure that you could get somewhere with Sun.  If not, there
   are many intelligent people on this list who will do the
   work and explain it to you for probably less than that.

3. Pretend that your RaQ is an MS box.  Give it the same amount
   of time, effort, and glorification that you give NT/2000.

4. Netra T1... I wonder why Sun isn't using Cobalt volume
   business to ramp up production on UltraSPARC chips and take
   advantage of economies of scale.  (If Cobalt Cobalt could
   move MIPS chips, surely Sun Cobalt can move SPARC v9 chips.)

5. If stock prices are how you measure technical excellence, then
   you have problems.  Look at the value of McDonalds.  Does that
   mean that they have the best food?
