[cobalt-users] Active Monitor Disk Usage error; PHP pkg. Related?

Hello all.

We are having a rather frustrating issue with a newly setup RaQ 4r that is
preventing FTP. Active Monitor is stating that many users/sites are over
quota. For example, one site has 25 MB total but has 100MB. Another user has
10 MB allotted but has used 55MB. We haven't uploaded any files, we have
only just set up the sites and users. We've looked in the tmp directories,
site directories and mail but see nothing out of the ordinary, so we don't
understand where these stats are coming from. The problem is these stats,
however incorrect, are preventing us from FTPing to the affected sites.

We can think of only one possible issue: when we first started loading the
patches on the system we mistakingly loaded the PHP with GD pkg
(RaQ4-PHP-NEWGD-4.0.6.pkg) from http://pkg.nl.cobalt.com/ before the
prerequisite patch (as noted on the download site). This killed the web
server and after loading all of the patches up to date (inlcuding
RaQ4-PHP-4.0.6.pkg in an attempt to get the web server back Online) the web
server was still dead. We replaced GD with the file from another RaQ 4r and
the web server came back Online...but there is this issue with the disk
space that we aren't able to sort out.

I'm wondering if anyone has any insight? Perhaps if we uninstall PHP with
new GD and PHP and reinstall RaQ4-PHP-4.0.6.pkg? We would have done this to
begin with but it was absolutely critical to get the server Online and there
are no uninstall instructions at http://pkg.nl.cobalt.com. Any help with
this or other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
