That would be my guess, although it's not easy. There are some things in
the archives about making .tar files of /home/sites to keep permissions
intact. The first step would be to create all the sites in the same
order on the new server so that /home/sites/site3 is still site3. Then
you need to create all the site admins, but IIRC there may be info in
the archives, or someone can provide info, on copying the users and
passwords over.
The only problems I can see you running into after that are any Perl
modules or logs.
