Yes, using the source distribution from their site.

Install under /home/sites/siteX/web/squirrelmail (or whatever name for top
directory). If you want it under all sites I recommend installing in a
central location and modifying the Apache config. instead of installing many
copies of the same software. Then upgrading can be done in one place and
the user config files are all in one directory. If your sites have unique
needs for each install then this might not work for you, but I wanted to
mention it.
When I want to install for all sites I do this:
1. Install in /home/sites/home/web/squirrelmail (or any other location)
2. Add following to srm.conf:
Alias /squirrelmail /home/sites/home/web/squirrelmail
3. Restart apache (/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart).
