Thanks for the reply David.
I only removed the domain and ips trying to make it a generic subject for
the archives.
I'm guessing everyone on this list is able to figure out from the headers
what my real info is.
No, spam is not a habit of mine.
Here's a quick dns review for the domain visible on the front of the raq.
DNS Settings for raq2.mydomain.com
I'm replacing my real domain.com to prevent direct links from the email
mydomain .com xx.xxx.xx.160
raq1.mydomain .com xx.xxx.xx.134
raq2.mydomain .com xx.xxx.xx.133
raq2.mydomain .com xx.xxx.xx.137
www. mydomain .com xx.xxx.xx.160
xx.xxx.xx.160/24 mydomain .com
xx.xxx.xx.134/24 raq1.mydomain .com
xx.xxx.xx.137/24 raq2.mydomain .com
xx.xxx.xx.133/24 raq2.mydomain .com
xx.xxx.xx.160/24 www. mydomain .com
www. mydomain .com mail is sent to the
Very-High priority mail server www. mydomain .com
Note. the raq2.mydomain.com -> xx.xxx.xx.137 was entered to provide reverse
dns lookup
as AOL earlier reported that they could not do a reverse lookup from my pc
to my domain.
However I think that is mute as I cannot send email via sendmail in a cgi
script to aol either.
I can send email (obvious as you folks are reading this.) to all other
domains.
Gone Gray, now pulling hair!
any more help much appreciated.
