For those that watch such things, the META-FAQ hasn't been posted since
Novemeber, and the person who was annointed to post it is no longer
at the email address used to post the META-FAQ, and presumably no longer
participating in the this list.
Unless someone from Sun or a previous maintainer tells me otherwise, I
plan to maintain the META-FAQ and post it on or about the first of
each month.
