It works in conjunction. It merely adds a file manager interface to your
admin, and does not replace/alter the main admin.

The Raq package is free. Our multi user version is a little different,
it allows you to give out free web space. i.e. it comes with a user
manager that lets you add users and tell where they can put their files.
The users are not at all related to system users.
The Raq package is different in that it run setuid, and is designed to
work in conjunction with ftp.
Thanks for the feedback!
