Ok,

   I don't own I RAQ server yet, but have been studying up on the RAQ 
series for exploits or vulnerabilities. I have find one article that may 
have a effect let this one... You can read it at the following address: 
http://www.cert.org/advisories/CA-2001-02.html ... This may be the cause if 
you are running the versions of Bind that are in the article... I have also 
found out the are other exploits or vulnerabilities that the RAQ server 
could fall prey too... You can find more if you go to: astalavista.box.sk 
... Type in RAQ or Cobalt and see what you find... May just need to update 
the Bind or other components to eliminate your issue...
