Hi,
I had exactly the same issue with my Qube 3, it didn't matter what time server
you entered in the admin screens the clock would always wander.
One day I decided to track the fault down and fixed it by adding the line
'server ntp.demon.co.uk' to the /etc/ntp.conf file. Obviously change the time
server for one you like but for the UK I'm very happy with Demon's and is always
spot to the split second with the talking clock :-)
There are entries in /etc/ntp.conf that cobalt would normally write to but for
some reason it doesn't happen. I have been meaning to write a bug to Sun Cobalt
about it so if any one from Sun is listening BUG ALERT!!! :-)
I hope this helps.
Regards
Dan
