You have to add your secondary nameserver via the control panel.
After the row containing the text "Start of Authority (SOA) Configuration", click the green icon. In the
field "Secondary Name Server (NS) Host Name (optional)" add you-know-what. Save your changes,
then resubmit your registration to the .it NIC.
