RIght,
If you are a user of a domain and you get given 10 meg filespace, you can
"spend" 10 meg, any where you like, except for someone elses user space.
The main web site for the domain is open to all users.
If you use 5 meg in your users directory and 5 meg in the main domain web
directory then you are out of space !!!
The way round that is to give yourself more space as a user. whether you are
a site admin or not is irrelevant. They just get to alter user settings on
the server. They don't get any greater privelidges on the file space.
Try logging in as an admin and deleting a users files.... you can't, because
you don't own them.
So try learning something on your own from the manuals, and from experience,
without flaming people who are trying to help.
WE did.
