Odd!
Can you look and see if you have a user named and a group named?
[root@fsn2 /root]# cat /etc/passwd | grep named
named:x:25:25:Named:/etc/named:/bin/false
[root@fsn2 /root]# cat /etc/group | grep named
named:x:25:
