I suppose one way around this would be to create the one site on the box and
use an "include.conf" file to point all other domains at sub-directories of
the main site. Then you have only one main admin user uploading to and
managing /home/sites/site#/web/domain2/ and /home/sites/site#/web/domain3/
etc.
