Gerald, yeh, hehehe, actually all of those ports are up too. However, I
followed your steps, which made perfect sense, I even checked the
runlevels, and the 137-139 and 445 are all still open. Your commands
seemed to work fine when they were executed, but even after a reboot (and
I know Linux machines never have to be rebooted) the darn ports were still
there. Any ideas? Sorry for my lack of being more informative.
