[cobalt-users] Is there anyway to measure Bandwidth on a Raq2?

I have a Raq2 and I have no clue how much bandwidth I am using.  I would
like to know how to measure as much of it as possible (web, email, ftp, etc.
etc).  

Is there a script or something I can write to do this?
