[cobalt-users] POP monitoring...

Is there any way of monitoring POP log-ins and connection information?? I'm
interested in viewing (real-time) connectivity info so that I can diagnose
why connections from a mobile phone mail client are so laggy.

I am aware that maillog, auth and messages will show failed connections etc
but I would like to view exactly what the client / server are saying to each
other throughout the process. I've done something similar in the past on NT
systems but have no idea how to achieve it with QPOPPER and Linux!!
