I like Pico and it is already on both my Raq3 and my Qube2 (can't speak
to other Cobalt's, maybe others can).

For this function in Pico you simply use a -w when opening a file such
as:
"pico -w srm.conf", this turns wrap off and I have never had a problem
yet. Just to be safe I ALWAYS use the -w setting with pico.
