Jonathan,
We experience that exact same problem (on a RAQ2)
the location of the httpd.conf is
/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf

However there is no reference to
perlconfig in that file at all.

Anyone any idea if this problem can be cured in RAQ2 and what code insert
should be used in what file?
